Sabatini Gin is made through a careful process of distillation in Italian alcohol of 9 Tuscan botanicals (Tuscan Juniper, Florentine Iris, coriander, sage, thyme, lemon verbena, olive leaves, lavender and wild fennel), most of which come from Villa Ugo in Cortona. All the process of botanicals growing, picking and bottling takes place in Italy. The distillation process take place in England at Thames Distillers under the control of the Master distiller Charles Maxwell.
